Ironman Directional Drilling Ltd. is looking for an organized, dependable, and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team in Salmon Arm, BC.
This position will provide administrative and project support to our operations team and help ensure projects are organized from initial planning through to completion. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and is able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the coordination and administration of active and upcoming projects
- Prepare and organize project documentation, job binders, permits, drawings, and related records
- Communicate with Project Managers, supervisors, field crews, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Track project schedules, outstanding items, documentation, and completion requirements
- Assist with obtaining permits, utility information, locates, and other project-specific documentation
- Maintain accurate project files and ensure required paperwork is completed and submitted
- Assist with purchase orders, work orders, change orders, and project-related administrative tasks
- Collect and organize field documentation, timesheets, tickets, photos, and supporting records
- Help ensure completed projects are ready for invoicing and that required backup documentation has been received
- Update internal project management systems and project statuses
- Assist with coordinating subcontractors, equipment, materials, accommodations, and other project logistics as required
- Support health, safety, environmental,
and quality documentation when required
- Provide general administrative support to the operations and management teams
- Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in project coordination, construction administration, office administration, or a similar role is considered an asset
- Experience in the construction, civil, utility, or directional drilling industry is an asset but not required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with project management, accounting, or construction software is considered an asset
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence is an asset

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
