Collaborate with RNs to implement care policies




Act as a liaison with physicians and healthcare teams
Guide Personal Support Workers in daily tasks
Participate in shift reports for effective communication
Monitor and meet resident care needs consistently Requirements:
Geriatric nursing experience preferred
Current Certificate of Competence from Ontario
Knowledge of relevant healthcare laws and standards
Robust communication and teamwork skills
