We are currently looking for a Cleaning Technician.

The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of the building's common areas. The ideal candidate(s) should:
Positive communication and customer service skills, work well independently and take pride on a job well done
Reliable, Skilled and Responsible.
Training will be provided

SCHEDULE: Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm

Saturday & Sunday, 4:00 pm to 12:00mn

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Litter pickup
Dusting/wiping equipment and furniture
Removing garbage and recycling
Vacuuming carpets
Sweeping/mopping hard surface floors
Sanitizing/re-stocking bathrooms
Spot cleaning walls, doors, glass, etc.
Keeping janitor room clean and tidy

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Excellent work ethic and outstanding attitude

Able to speak, understand, and read English‬

Friendly approach

Excellent customer service

Must successfully complete a criminal background check
