Responsibilities
Provide attentive supervision and care for children in various settings, including homes, daycare centers, or educational environments
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, social skills, and creativity
Support children with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, dressing, and hygiene practices
Assist children with developmental needs, including those with disabilities or special requirements
Maintain a protected environment by adhering to safety protocols and monitoring for hazards at all times
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress and any concerns
Collaborate with teachers or other caregivers to support educational goals and behavioral guidance

Qualifications




Proven experience working with children in caregiving, teaching, or classroom settings
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
Strong caregiving skills combined with patience, empathy, and positive communication
Ability to follow safety guidelines meticulously and respond calmly in emergency situations
Relevant certifications such as CPR/First Aid are preferred but not required; willingness to obtain certification is a plus
A genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and development
