Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician with a clear pathway to become a Supervisor. This role involves performing residential cleaning tasks, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate solid organizational skills, effective communication, and a willingness to grow within our team.

Responsibilities
Perform thorough residential cleaning including bathrooms,kitchen,dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to meet client expectations
Manage laundry duties efficiently, ensuring linens and fabrics are cleaned and organized properly
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all equipment is used safely and correctly
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns promptly
Assist in training new team members as part of your development toward supervisory responsibilities




Demonstrate excellent time management to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
Uphold company standards for quality and professionalism in every job

Experience
Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry procedures, and safety protocols
Customer service orientation with a positive attitude toward client interactions
Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as part of growth opportunities toward supervisory roles
