About the Prospect

We're an early-stage medtech startup applying AI to solve real problems in healthcare — a global, multi-billion dollar industry undergoing rapid transformation. We're looking for a Co-Founder & CTO to help build the technology that drives that transformation from the ground up.

The Role

As Co-Founder & CTO, you'll own the technical vision and architecture of the company. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll be writing code, designing systems, and making critical technology decisions in the earliest and most formative stage of the company, while also building and leading the engineering team as we grow.

You'll work closely with the founding team to shape not just the product, but the company's direction, culture, and long-term strategy.

What You'll Do
Define and execute the company's technical vision and roadmap
Architect and build scalable AI systems from the ground up




Lead hands-on development in the early stages while planning for team growth
Make key decisions on infrastructure, tools, and technical strategy
Help establish an engineering culture built on quality, iteration, and impact
Represent the technical side of the business to investors, partners, and early customers

What We're Looking For
Extensive experience in AI/ML engineering, with a robust technical track record
Prior experience in a senior technical leadership role, startup, or founding team (preferred)
Comfort operating with high autonomy in an ambiguous, rapid-moving environment
Genuine interest in healthcare/medtech applications of AI
Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take equity-based compensation in exchange for ownership and upside

Compensation This is a co-founder position compensated through equity, not salary. You'll be a true owner in the company's success.
