Your role involves close interaction with residents and families while ensuring protected and effective nursing practices in collaboration with a dedicated healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct admissions and ongoing evaluations of residents
Design nursing care plans with team-oriented goals
Report any safety concerns or near-misses immediately
Provide direct nursing care, including essential ADLs
Facilitate accurate medication dispensing using eMAR technology Requirements:
Accredited School of Nursing graduation required
One year of relevant experience required
Long Term Care / Gerontology specialization necessary
Basic Life Support and First Aid certifications needed
