The Health Care

Aide (HCA) works alongside the Interdisciplinary Team to enhance residents' quality of life.

Your responsibilities include assisting with daily tasks, documenting health status, and providing emotional support. This role is crucial in following care plans effectively and promoting a protected, healthy setting for residents. Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and document vital signs and health changes
Support meal preparation and laundry activities
Maintain cleanliness and organization in living spaces
Communicate effectively with residents and families Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Certification from an accredited HCA program
Registered with Alberta HCA Registry
Standard First Aid and CPR certification required
At least one year of experience in healthcare Deliver compassionate care and support to individuals at The Salvation Army as a dedicated Health Care Aide.
