Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take food and beverage orders accurately using Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems
Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff and ensure timely service
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are maintained at all times
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and workstations in accordance with sanitation regulations




Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables efficiently while maintaining quality service

Qualifications
Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and skilled demeanor
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures in the food industry
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
Experience in food preparation, serving, or kitchen work is a plus but not mandatory
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace
