Customer Service Representative – Nacora Insurance Brampton

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Brampton office.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Provide exceptional service to existing customers while also assisting new clients with their insurance needs.
Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and inquiries efficiently.
Educate clients on available coverage options and assist them in making informed decisions.
Work in a self-motivated environment, maintaining high service standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Skills




Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in an insurance brokerage, focusing on personal lines.
RIBO License (mandatory).
Robust organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and ability to meet retention goals.
Experience with EPIC and Compu-Quote is an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
