Reporting to the Head Bartender, the Bartender is responsible for taking orders, preparing, and serving beverages to meet guest expectations and provide excellent customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up the bar to ensure all necessary products and equipment are available;
Welcome guests courteously and professionally;
Take orders from guests or servers;
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages;
Prepare guest checks and process payments;
Conduct bar inventory and order missing supplies as needed;
Maintain a clean and organized bar area;
Assist the dining room service team when necessary;
Ensure guest satisfaction and address guest complaints when required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the same or a similar position;
Excellent knowledge of cocktails, wines, and coffee beverages;
Solid customer service skills;
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team;
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced workplace;
Availability to work evenings and weekends;
Robust organizational skills;
Excellent communication skills in both French and English, both spoken and written.
