We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our facilities and ensuring a secure and sanitary environment for all occupants.
Responsibilities
Perform cleaning duties such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting
Utilize both power tools and hand tools for various cleaning tasks
Conduct custodial tasks to upkeep the appearance of the premises
Handle commercial cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Assist in facilities maintenance tasks as needed
Provide excellent customer service to all building occupants
Skills
Proficient in time management to complete tasks efficiently
Experience with power tools for cleaning purposes
Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
Ability to clean and sanitize various surfaces effectively
Solid communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks
Prior experience in customer service is a plus
Competent in using hand tools for cleaning purposes
Capable of lifting heavy objects as required
