This full time position will have you overseeing key activities in road construction and aggregate management. With a solid focus on safety and quality, you'll lead crews to ensure that all work complies with project specifications and timelines, making timely decisions in the field. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of base crews
Oversee grading, placement, and compaction of materials
Read and execute project plans and specifications
Communicate with project stakeholders effectively
Conduct safety meetings and uphold safety standards Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in civil construction
Proven supervisory or foreman experience
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Solid communication and leadership qualities
