The Health Care

Aide will play a crucial role in supporting residents through personal care activities, daily living tasks, and health assessments. Working under the supervision of Licensed Practical Nurses, you will contribute to creating a protected and welcoming workplace that meets the needs of each resident while maintaining detailed documentation of care provided. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with personal care and vital sign monitoring
Facilitate meal preparation and maintain kitchen hygiene
Contribute to resident care plans with LPN input
Ensure a clean and secure living environment
Transport residents as needed for appointments Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a recognized Health Care Aide course
One year of relevant experience preferred
Current CPR and First Aid certification
