Who you are:
Individual with high food quality standards
Passionate about food
Food Handler Certified (Preferred)
Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed
Ability to maintain composure in a quick-paced environment
Organized and ability to multitask
Working without supervision is a huge asset

What you will do:
Prepare, season and cook food as directed
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Adopt a “clean as you go” mentality and adhere to all sanitation/food production policies




Be a team player by assisting co-workers as needed

Job Requirements:
Previous line Prep experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Able to work at late night hours (5 AM)
Able to work on weekend and holidays
Full availibilty (No part-time or student)
Non-slip shoes, jeans, black T-Shirt and black baseball hat
Safe Food Handling Certification preferred
Able to lift 50lbs
Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a hot kitchen

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour
