Render personal care and facilitate daily living tasks
Assist with medications according to individual care plans




Report any changes in resident status to LPNs
Adjust routines to meet specific resident needs
Engage in care plan development and documentation Requirements:
Valid registration as a Health Care Aide with CLHA
Immunization record and TB test must be current
Clean Criminal Reference Check required
Excellent organizational and scheduling skills
