Banks Painting – Red Deer, AB

Banks Painting is looking for a reliable contract painter / subcontractor to assist on residential and commercial painting projects in Red Deer and surrounding areas. This is ideal for an experienced painter who wants occasional well-paying work without having to find their own clients.

What You’ll Do
Assist with interior and exterior painting projects
Prep surfaces (sanding, filling, caulking, masking)
Prime and apply paint using brush, roller
Help keep job sites clean and organized
Work alongside the owner on a variety of residential and commercial projects

Requirements
3+ years of painting experience preferred
Reliable transportation
Basic painting tools (hand tools, brushes, rollers, etc.)
Ability to work efficiently and take direction
Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude
Must be able to invoice for completed work - GST Number required or willingness to obtain





Compensation
Paid as an independent subcontractor
$30–$50 per hour equivalent, depending on experience and productivity
Weekly or bi-weekly payment upon invoice
Adaptable work schedule
Opportunity for ongoing, long-term work
