Our large Manufacturing client in Oshawa is looking to hire a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong skills with HRSD and Employee Centre.This is a hybrid role - 2 days/week on-site in Oshawa.This is a 2 year contract position.Job OverviewCollaborate with stakeholders across IT, HR, SIR departments to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirementsCandidate must have strong ServiceNow experience as a BA, create user stories and navigate ServiceNow,



develop workflowsConduct workshops and interviews to understand business processes and identify areas for improvementEnsure that requirements are clearly articulated and aligned with business objectivesWrite transparent and concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteriaWork closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of user stories.Collaborate with the product owner to prioritize the backlog and ensure alignment with business goalsExperience3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, in ServiceNow leading HRSD stories as the primary focus, ITSM as secondaryEducation: Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.Proficiency in ServiceNow, particularly in IT, HR, and SIR modules.Strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices.Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
