and working to maximize the benefits of our diversified knowledge base.Ensuring all high-level diagnostic repairs and comeback repairs are Quality Control Checked by the respective Shop Foreman or Shop ManagerEnsuring all equipment needed to provide efficient service is kept in good working order.Providing guidance and training of apprenticesWorking with senior management and estimators to ensure all necessary service and repair work is brought to the customers' attention.Prompt return and labelling of all Warranty Administrator to ensure time and job descriptions are well documented.Notifying and establishing any unsafe conditions in the WorkplaceNotifying and documenting on the repair order any vehicleMaintaining a clean workplace and cleanliness for Customer's vehiclesNotifying the Shop Foreman or Manager of any damage not noted on the repair order or damage caused by a repairReview work orders and discuss work with Team Leader or Shop Foreman or ManagerJob Specifications:Minimum 5 years of experience, with Red Seal CertificationProven work experience with all models and makesMust be comfortable in diagnosis and repairing mechanical and electrical problemsMust be able to work independently and in a team when requiredJobs include but are not limited to Clutch/suspension/front end/timing belt/head gasket/alignmentReynolds and Reynolds computer experience preferredAbility to work with all levels of management and staffAbility to work independently, with little or no supervisionVery detail-oriented and possesses strong organizational skillsA team player and is capable of interacting professionally with both staff and customersAdaptability and flexibility to ensure the highest level of service for staff and clientsGood people skills, with the ability to effectively work and communicate with other members of the dealershipGood written and verbal communication skillsValid driver's license with clean driver abstractTraining:Interprovincial Mechanical Repair QualificationCompensation:$25-$40 per hour + benefitsWork Environment:Our hours of operations are below.
