BeachHead is growing and seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team, responsible for delivering full-cycle recruitment for Information Technology (IT) contract roles. In this position, you will execute end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and offer management. You will work closely with the Recruitment Team Lead/Manager to understand role requirements and deliver qualified professionals across the clients.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute full-cycle recruitment for IT/Business Professional contract roles in a rapid-paced environmentScreen candidates against job requirements to ensure strong technical and role alignmentProactively source candidates through databases, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreachBuild and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill rolesEngage candidates through phone, virtual, and in-person interactionsMaintain ongoing relationships with both new and past applicantsPrepare candidate resumes, summaries, and skill matrices for client submissionAccurately document candidate activity and communications in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Manage candidate and client expectations throughout the recruitment lifecyclePrepare candidates for client interviews and provide ongoing supportMeet individual performance metrics as outlined in the ATS dashboardMentor and support junior team members as neededRepresent BeachHead professionally and promote company values in all interactionsQualificationsMinimum 3+ years of experience as an IT Recruitment SpecialistProven experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a senior or similar capacityStrong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneouslyDemonstrated ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholdersSolid understanding of the IT recruitment market, including roles, skillsets, compensation, and candidate availabilityExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR-related softwareFamiliarity with professional networking platforms, social media, and resume databasesKnowledge of Canadian labour legislationExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional email writing and resume formattingBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related fieldAbility to work independently while escalating issues appropriatelyStrong candidate engagement and headhunting capabilitiesCompensationCAD 60,000 – CAD 90,000 annual base salaryBeachHead is an equal opportunity agency and employer.
