Qualified Candidates will
Be able to regularly work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Have 1 year Bartending experience in a Casual or Fine Dining Restaurant or Bar
Be able to work long hours on their feet.
Be able to work well independently as well as on a team.
Be guest oriented, willing to exceed the expectations of those choosing to dine with us.
Be able to work a number of shifts starting at various times.
Be familiar with a full service bar,
Be able to lift 20 Kg
Wine knowledge is a definite asset.
Be smart serve certified.
Have references for restaurant related experience
