Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with menus and recommendations to enhance their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently, including processing payments accurately and giving correct change
Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction
Maintain food safety standards by following proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene procedures at all times
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting smooth restaurant operations




Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously
Support team members during busy periods through effective time management and teamwork

Experience
Previous bartending experience required
Familiarity with POS systems such as Squirrel POS is a plus but training will be provided
Solid customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment through excellent time management
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Experience in food preparation or kitchen environments is advantageous but not mandatory
Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items while maintaining guest satisfaction
