Rustic Roast Cafe & Bar is a warm, welcoming community hub in the heart of Pitt Meadows. We pride ourselves on serving exceptional beverages, delicious food, and friendly service with a view. We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking Barista to join our team and grow with us!

Job Summary

As a Barista at Rustic Roast Cafe & Bar, you will be the face of our morning and afternoon service. You’ll craft high-quality coffee and beverage orders, deliver top-tier hospitality, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a full menu of hot and cold coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages (including alcohol service).
Provide warm, attentive, and efficient customer service at the counter and tables.
Accurately process transactions and manage customer payments using our Clover POS system.
Maintain stock, reorder supplies as needed, and keep the espresso bar, counter, and seating areas pristine.




Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
Certifications: Active Serving It Right certification is required.
Experience: Prior barista or coffee shop experience preferred, but we are happy to train candidates with the right attitude.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with point-of-sale systems (experience with Clover POS is a solid bonus!).
Personality: Friendly, approachable, and passionate about creating a positive experience for guests.
Work Ethic: Punctual, reliable, hardworking, and capable of multi-tasking during peak rush hours.
Team Player: Robust communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Schedule & Availability
Hours: Part-time (Tuesday through Sunday).
Work Days: Shift availability required for weekdays and weekends.
Time Off: Closed on Mondays and Statutory Holidays.

Pay: $18.25 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 – 30.0 per week
