This role is integral in delivering effective therapy, treatment planning, and data collection under the supervision of a BCBA Supervisor.

Engage with clients and support staff while meeting the ethical standards set by the BACB. You'll manage client interactions to ensure quality care with a solid emphasis on confidentiality. Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized ABA therapy plans
Attend and lead team meetings for effective communication
Collaborate on assessments under supervision
Supervise direct service team and ensure compliance
Collect relevant data for client progress monitoring Requirements:
Master’s degree in ABA or similar field
Less than one year of BCBA certification
A minimum of two years working in ABA
At least one year of supervisory experience
