Complete Utility Contractors is looking for an experienced Asphalt Paving Lead Hand / Skid Steer Operator to join our team.

We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of asphalt paving experience who is confident operating a skid steer and has the experience to help lead and organize a paving crew in the field.

Our paving crew supports our civil underground utility projects throughout the Lower Mainland, completing asphalt restoration and paving following underground utility work.

What we’re looking for
Minimum 5 years of asphalt paving experience
Strong skid steer operating experience in asphalt/paving applications
Previous Lead Hand or crew leadership experience preferred
Robust knowledge of asphalt placement, grading, preparation and finishing
Able to coordinate crew members and keep work moving efficiently
Comfortable jumping in wherever needed — this is a hands-on position
Robust understanding of jobsite safety
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract
