Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches, pastries, or snacks according to safety standards
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently and accurately
Manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity and attention to detail
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly,



and addressing inquiries or concerns
Support food service operations by serving customers at the counter or table, ensuring timely delivery of orders

Qualifications
Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred
Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved in food preparation and serving
