As a member of the Mobile Health Outreach team, your primary responsibility will be to provide essential health information and resources. You will engage with vulnerable communities, aiming to reduce harmful health outcomes relating to infectious diseases.

Your role includes fostering connections with social and health services for comprehensive support. Key Responsibilities:
Provide harm reduction supplies and health information
Deliver education on harm reduction practices
Facilitate access to social health support services
Promote culturally relevant health education
Travel to various locations on Central Vancouver Island Requirements:
Social service diploma or relevant education required
Familiarity with harm reduction philosophy
First Aid & CPR certificates needed
BC Class 5 Driver's License preferred
