Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and iced beverages, including coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision.
Prepare cold sandwiches and serve pastries.
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately
Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with integrity and accuracy
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces
Ensure food safety standards are met by adhering to proper food handling procedures




Assist customers with menu selections and answer questions about ingredients or dietary needs
Provide friendly service.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications
Previous barista experience and knowledge of preparing cold and hot beverages is required
Latte art skills is required
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, making change, and order accuracy
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
Proven time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Experience in serving, food preparation, or cashiering roles is a plus
