Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in various aspects of construction and carpentry. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, including restoration, siding, framing, finishing work and more, contributing to high-quality building and renovation efforts. Applicants should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of performing physically demanding tasks.

Duties
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities
Install siding, framing, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools
Operate heavy equipment safely for lifting, excavation, or material transport
Utilize woodworking skills for custom carpentry projects and detailed woodwork
Pay attention to detail
Use hand tools and power tools efficiently for various construction tasks
Engage in heavy lifting and physically demanding activities to support project requirements




Ensure all work complies with safety standards and project specifications

Experience
Proven experience in construction-related roles with a focus on carpentry, finishing work or restoration projects
Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings is essential
Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts or excavators preferred
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively with power tools and hand tools
Prior experience working on siding installation or wood framing projects is a plus

Pay: $21.00-$32.00 per hour
