Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your commitment to excellent customer service and attention to detail will ensure that every guest has an enjoyable experience.

Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of tea beverage and desserts according to established recipes and standards.
Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and utensils.
Assist customers with menu selections, providing recommendations based on their preferences.
Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations to maintain a safe environment.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and support each other in daily tasks.





Qualifications
Previous experience in cashiering or customer service is preferred but not required.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is an asset.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting while also being self-motivated.
Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and colleagues.
A passion for coffee and the food industry is highly desirable, along with a willingness to learn new skills related to food service.
