Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately
Handle cash, perform basic math calculations for change, and manage cash handling responsibilities responsibly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and food prep zones in accordance with food safety standards
Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling pastries or light snacks to complement beverage offerings
Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions,



and addressing guest needs promptly
Follow food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality during all stages of food service

Qualifications
Previous barista experience is required;
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
