Coffee Island is currently seeking for a full time and/or part-time barista for its coffee shop located at Bay & Wellesley in the heart of downtown Toronto.

We are looking for a fun and friendly barista to join our team, someone who enjoys working with others in a quick-paced environment and wants to contribute in creating a unique coffee experience for our patrons.

We are looking for someone who:
has previous coffee experience, preferred
has an interest in coffee/specialty coffee, food, and coffee culture
understands and values the importance of customer care and hospitality
has a commitment to consistency in quality and intelligent customer service




has the ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment
is mature and motivated team player
has a robust work ethic and a proactive attitude
is available to work on weekends and on holidays
must be fluent in written and spoken English language
