Full Part Time/ Seasonal Barista – Cha House / Bubble Tea Job Overview

Love bubble tea and fast-paced settings? We are looking for a friendly and energetic barista/team member for our Cha House / Bubble Tea Shop location in Kildonan Place, Winnipeg, MB. Team members must be comfortable multitasking, working independently, and maintaining a positive attitude throughout busy shifts. Staff may also assist with light drink prep and store cleaning duties.

Responsibilities and Duties
Taking customer orders and preparing drinks (bubble tea, milk tea, fruit tea, smoothies, etc.)




Preparing toppings and ingredients such as toppings and teas.
Washing dishes and maintaining cleanliness throughout shifts.
Cleaning and tidying the shop during and after shifts.
Providing friendly and efficient customer service.
Putting away stock deliveries and organizing inventory/storage areas.

Qualifications
Bubble tea, café, or food service experience is preferred, but not required.
Robust customer service and communication skills.
Reliable transportation is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
