We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Painter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience preparing, priming, and finishing cabinetry to a high-quality standard. This role requires precision, consistency, and pride in craftsmanship.

Responsibilities
Prepare cabinet surfaces for finishing (cleaning, sanding, filling, masking)
Apply primer, paint, and clear coats using spray equipment or hand application
Operate spray guns and finishing equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Perform touch-ups and corrections when necessary
Maintain a clean and organized spray booth/work area
Follow all safety procedures and proper handling of materials

Requirements
Minimum 5+ years experience in cabinet painting, finishing, or similar role
Experience with spray painting equipment




Knowledge of different paints, stains, lacquers, and finishes
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Reliable and punctual
Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in high-end custom cabinetry finishing
Knowledge of wood finishing techniques
Experience working in a cabinet shop or millwork workplace
