Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Barista/All Rounder to join our vibrant team! Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with integrity and attention to detail
Assist in food preparation and food handling to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including food prep areas and customer seating zones
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests warmly, taking orders, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly




Support the team in serving food items, restocking supplies, and managing busy periods effectively

Skills
Proven experience as a Barista or in food service roles within the food industry
Robust knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS or similar platforms
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, change calculation, and order accuracy
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Experience in serving, cashiering, and food preparation is highly desirable

Pay: $15.90-$18.00 per hour
