YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES
Meet the Management Plan $ sales,



unit sales and profit objectives
Develop and implement dealer incentives and programs for accounts
Build and develop relationships with customers
Meet annual requirements centered around unit and pricing targets

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Great at building relationships with stakeholders at different levels in the organization
Resilient to a high paced environment
Effective communication skills, both written and spoken
Strong self-motivational skills and ability to work independently
Consumer tire or automotive industry experience

WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION
College degree (strongly preferred)
Proven success and experience managing major accounts customers and large contracts
3 - 5 Years of relevant experience on
Strong Microsoft PowerPoint Knowledge – Proficient in Slide Master, chart creation, short keys, video links, html, insert designs
SAP experience (preferred)
