Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Refinish Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original appearance through expert refinishing techniques. Your expertise will help ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality paint and finish work that meets industry standards.

Duties
Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
Apply primer, base coats, clear coats, and touch-up paints using spray guns and other power tools with precision and consistency
Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for hazardous materials such as paints, solvents, and chemicals
Conduct quality inspections to verify the finish meets company standards and customer expectations
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use

Experience




Previous dealership experience or automotive repair background preferred
Robust mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and body components
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and spray equipment used in automotive refinishing
Familiarity with automotive repair processes and techniques is highly desirable
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a busy workshop setting
Demonstrated commitment to safety procedures and quality workmanship
