With just over 100 employees, CTR is looking to add an energetic and mechanically inclined Installer to our team. We are seeking a full time and permanent employee.

The successful candidate will have basic mechanical knowledge including and not limited to: disassembly or assembly of equipment, entry auto mechanics, farm experience, entered in mechanical courses, small engine repair, etc. This role will focus on mechanical ability and CTR will provide training and mentor ship on refrigeration components. We are offering two positions:
Schedule 1:30 PM – midnight, Mon – Thurs
Schedule 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Mon – Fri

Duties
Install recent refrigeration units according to schematics, technical drawings, and industry standards
Perform welding and plumbing tasks necessary for system assembly and repairs
Use mechanical knowledge to adjust, calibrate, and optimize refrigeration components for efficiency
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to guide installation and eventually repairs
Maintain detailed records of work performed,



parts used, and system conditions for compliance and future reference

Skills
Robust mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) systems and appliance repair
Proficiency in plumbing, welding, and boiler systems related to refrigeration units
Ability to read schematics accurately and follow technical instructions precisely
Construction experience is a plus for site preparation and system integration
Knowledge of maintenance procedures for refrigeration equipment and related mechanical systems
Mechanic experience with troubleshooting complex systems efficiently
Familiarity with HVAC principles and practices relevant to commercial refrigeration units
