Roska DBO Inc. is recruiting a Fabrication Shop Labourer for our North Shop in Grande Prairie, AB.This is a full time, Monday-to-Friday shop-based role with overtime opportunities as workload requires. You will work alongside a close-knit fabrication crew supporting hydro testing, pipefitting, welding, equipment maintenance, and general shop operations. There is no field work associated with this position.We are open to candidates at different stages: someone early in their trade career who is dependable, safety-minded, and eager to learn, or an experienced shop hand who can bring practical fabrication or hydro-testing experience to the team.What You'll DoAssist hydro-testing, pipefitting, and welding personnel with material preparation and job setupAssist with bolt-up and assembly of process piping, valves, flanges, and related componentsAssist with loading and unloading trucks, materials, and equipmentSupport receiving, staging, and organizing materials and equipment; complete related paperworkMaintain a clean, organized, and safe shop and yardAssist with maintenance of Roska rental equipment and mobile yard equipmentComplete general labour duties, including painting equipment and shop areasSafely use hand and power tools such as drills, impacts, grinders, and wrenchesFollow direction, safety procedures, and quality expectations while contributing to the crewWhat You BringA strong work ethic, good attitude,
