LAMP Community Health Centre seeks a Community Health Worker to enhance health prevention initiatives for Black, African and Caribbean communities in Peel Region. This position involves proactive outreach and culturally affirming care.As a Community Health Worker within the BHSS Hub, you will focus on developing, implementing, and evaluating health programs tailored to BAC communities.
