Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently
Handle guest inquiries, provide information about menu items or services, and address any concerns promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including reception and waiting areas
Assist with opening and closing procedures to ensure the establishment is prepared for daily operations
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold company standards




Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions securely
Support event setup or special functions as needed

Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields is preferred but not required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if necessary
Must be at least 18 years old or older
Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems or willingness to learn recent technology
