Preston Animal Clinic is an AAHA-accredited, Fear Free practicing small animal and exotic clinic located in Cambridge, ON. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Client Care Representative (CCR) to join our team.

As a CCR, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive experience for our clients and their pets. From welcoming clients and answering questions to scheduling appointments and supporting our veterinary team, you’ll help ensure every client feels heard, valued, and cared for.

You’ll be joining a team that values your skills, encourages learning and professional development, and believes in maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Veterinary reception or CCR experience is an asset, but not required. We’re happy to train the right candidate! All you need is enthusiasm, curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in helping clients and their pets.
