Responsibilities
Evaluate vehicle damage by inspecting vehicles thoroughly and accurately documenting all necessary repairs
Prepare detailed repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software and tools
Communicate clearly with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians to explain repair needs and costs
Assist customers by providing exceptional service, answering questions, and guiding them through the repair process




Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or repairs that benefit the customer and increase shop revenue
Collaborate with mechanics and body shop staff to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to quality standards

Skills
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication abilities
Ability to assess vehicle damage accurately and create comprehensive repair estimates
Knowledge of automotive systems, mechanical components, and repair procedures
Experience in sales or upselling to enhance customer satisfaction and shop profitability
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while managing multiple tasks effectively

Pay: $30.00-$32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
