We are seeking a motivated Service BDC (Business Development Coordinator) Representative to be part of our dynamic team at Muskoka Nissan.

Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:
The Business Development Coordinator is an essential part of the service department and the overall customer development. The Business Development Coordinator manages outbound phone calls for the service department notifying customers of service due, contacting customers after service to obtain feedback on customer experience,



and all other outbound phone duties assisting in the development of business for the service department. This position also involves calling special order parts customers and following up with customers after service appointments. The service coordinator also assists with other department paperwork, and manages online service leads.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience and knowledge in the automotive service industry
Understanding of mechanical components of vehicles
Ability to maintain skilled and technical expertise through ongoing training
Team-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and computer skills
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask under pressure
Patience, empathy, and a commitment to customer satisfaction
