Kolani Kitchen & Bath is looking for an organized, qualified, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our Kingston showroom team.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is comfortable handling multiple priorities, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

The Administrative

Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of the showroom while assisting customers, management, vendors, and our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a qualified and timely manner
Greet customers and provide general assistance within the showroom
Assist with Preparing quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and other customer documentation
Assist with processing customer orders and deposits
Follow up with suppliers and vendors regarding pricing, product availability, samples,



backorders, and delivery timelines
Maintain organized customer, vendor, and order records
Coordinate communication between customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal team members
Assist customers with basic product information and direct more detailed inquiries to the appropriate team member
Monitor outstanding orders and provide customers with updates when required
Assist with scheduling appointments, deliveries, measurements, and installations
Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, document preparation, scanning, and record keeping
Help maintain an organized, clean, skilled, and welcoming showroom environment
Provide additional administrative and operational support to management as required
