Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Associate Dentist to join our dynamic team for Thursdays, possibly expanding to include Fridays in the near future. We are also offering the right candidate, a full buy-in option in the next few years once the owner retires. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care and eager to contribute to our community’s oral health.

Duties
Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals with precision and care
Collaborate with team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs




Utilize dental software such as Tracker for scheduling, charting, billing, and record keeping
Provide pediatric dentistry services, ensuring a gentle and positive experience for young patient.
Communicate clearly with patients about their oral health, treatment options, and post-care instructions
Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and uphold the highest standards of safety and sterilization

Experience
Previous experience working in a dental office setting is highly preferred
Familiarity with dental management software such as Tracker is advantageous
Solid understanding of dental procedures, patient management, and clinical best practices

Pay: $102,379.52-$418,706.11 per year
