About the Chance

We are hiring Production Associates to join a growing bakery manufacturing company specializing in premium bakery products. This is an excellent prospect for dependable individuals looking to build a long-term career in a clean, fast-paced production environment.

You'll work with a supportive team committed to producing high-quality bakery products while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities
Assemble, package, and inspect bakery products on the production line
Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure products meet quality and food safety standards
Monitor ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow GMP, HACCP, and workplace health & safety procedures
Assist with equipment changeovers, sanitation, and other production tasks as required
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets

Qualifications




Previous experience in food manufacturing or bakery production is an asset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
Able to lift up to 25 kg when required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada for the full expected assignment period, without requiring sponsorship from the client.
