Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of automotive problems using schematics, diagnostic tools, and mechanical knowledge
Perform repairs including engine work, brake service, suspension, transmission, and electrical systems
Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid replacements, and inspections
Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete repairs accurately and efficiently
Follow safety protocols during heavy lifting, welding,



and the use of power tools to maintain a protected working environment
Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to identify issues and implement solutions
Maintain detailed records of all repairs performed and communicate findings clearly to customers

Skills
Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a solid mechanical background
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics for diagnostics and repairs
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently as part of vehicle maintenance tasks
Solid knowledge of automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical components, and suspension
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients
Experience with vehicle assembly and disassembly processes for comprehensive repairs
Strong maintenance skills coupled with mechanic experience to ensure vehicles are restored to optimal condition

Pay: $17.97-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
