Your role combines management with hands-on swim instruction. Key Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of swimming pool activities
Train staff to excel in lifeguard roles
Innovate new programs to engage the community
Ensure all guests feel secure and cared for
Teach swimming lessons and improve aquatic skills Requirements:
Certifications in CPR and First Aid required
Lifeguard and Swim Instructor certifications mandatory
Experience managing aquatic programs strongly preferred
Solid communication and observational skills
