Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team in our new Vaughan location. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring effective warehouse operations, contributing to our mission of delivering top-notch electrical supplies as well as learning and assisting our counter sales team.
Responsibilities
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely within the warehouse.
Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Perform order picking tasks with precision using RF scanners.
Handle heavy lifting and materials with care to maintain safety standards.
Assist in inventory management and organization of warehouse space.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse setting.
Qualifications
Proven experience in warehouse operations or related fields.
Proficient in operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
Strong understanding of materials handling techniques.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
Ability to lift heavy objects safely and efficiently.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations is preferred.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
